Hi, I’m Kevin.
I’ve been working with software since the days of dual floppy drives (remember those?) and have worked in environments ranging from scientific research to small startups to large enterprise outfits.
My software engineering philosophy is that those doing the work are the ones best equipped to determine who the work should be done. If there was ever proof that this is an effective strategy, then look no further that the discovery of Software Teaming, which came directly from this philosophy. What if we could allow all of our workers the freedom and flexibility to discover how best to do their work? I’m confident that something even better would emerge.
